21 Day Fix Meal Prep Days 5-7 

I am now down 7lbs 1% bodyfat for my first  week! This really is awesome, not expecting the weight loss throughout the program but it would be nice. I have been keeping it real simple just to keep my meal prep time down. The book makes everything real simple and know that you just have to  use the containers given to you for food has been great. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Breakfast:

Shakeo, greek yogart, coffee ice cubes, and water

 

Snack:

Peanuts

 

Lunch:

Taco Ground turkey, Brown Rice, Cucumber 

Snack:

Large Banana

Dinner:

Cucumber, tomato, crumbled goat cheese, extra virgin olive oil, 2 hard boiled eggs
