21 Day Fix Meal Prep Days 8-12

So on to a new week and a new meal plan. I am more than happy with my progress so far, I am looking forward to every meal with a tiny bit of hunger here and there. Nothing too crazy,  more of an excitement every time I can eat. Being on an FB group has given me some great ideas for meals too, but keeping that for down the road. On page 76 you can up your containers for more intense exercises like insanity or P90X. This has me truly excited that I can keep using this container system. 

 

 

 

 

 

 Breakfast:

Shakeo, cinnamon, greek yogurt, and  frozen coffee ice cubes

Snack:

Peanuts

Lunch:

Ground Turkey with homemade taco seasoning, a tortilla, diced tomatoes, and sweet potato

Snack: 

A large Banana

Dinner:

Cucumbers, Red Bell Pepper, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Lime juice, and Seasonings
