21 Day Fix Days 1-4 Meal Prep

I have been really excited to start the 21 day fix for a while now. Making meals is easy, sticking to it is another thing .The idea of colored containers definitely got me thinking. I could play games like carb cycling or calorie deficits. But that doesn’t seem like something that is too good for me in the long run. The containers have already made it easier to remember what I need to eat for the day. It seems like an amazing strategy for getting my fitness and nutrition consistent.

 


 

Well I am off to do the first workout, more meals to come =).

spinach
brown rice
black beans
shakeology
greek yogurt
peanuts
1 large banana
goat cheese
chicken breast
tomatoes
lemon juice(season chicken)
almond butter
