I just came out of the first general session of coach summit for beachbody. Many new products and updates, the one thing that I would say that got me pumped would have to be a 90 day Shakeology clinical trial. Being a Q.A. guy, with a large interest in the supply chain and seeing a product doing what it says this is HUGE for me and I suggest may be for you. A total of 50 people were included in the 90 day trial replacing breakfast and Lunch with shakeology. I would add this is not how Shakeology is recommended to be consumed however compared to other meal replacments this is the typical standard seen a clinical study. A healthy diet and exercise along with the dense nutrition of Shakeology is what beachbody reccomends.
So what are the numbers for the Shakeology being Clinically proven?
Glad you asked, here they are as follows: Weight lost- 9.3 lbs avg. to 24 lbs Cholesterol- 7% avg. 50% top Blood sugar- 5% avg 19% top People also lost the weight consistently through the 90 days not just for a short time NO plateau
More to come as they release more info. All these results in only 90 days which is amazing especially considering nothing else changed other than having Shakeology for breakfast and lunch. That’s right, no including exercise, no other alterations to their life of the trial subjects. So lets put this in perspective in the world of meal replacements. Shakeology is made with all natural ingredients with high standards of product sourcing, clinically tested, and it tastes delicious. Go to your local vitamin store or even online and find something comparable , YOU WON’T.
